As reported by the Kremlin press service, during a telephone
conversation, Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated former President of
the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan on his birthday.
A congratulatory telegram was also sent to Robert Kocharyan, which
reads, in particular: "Dear Mr. Kocharyan!
Please accept my sincere congratulations on your birthday.
In Russia, you are known as a prominent statesman, who has done a lot
for the development of modern Armenia. We highly appreciate your
personal contribution to strengthening friendly, allied ties between
our countries.
Dear Mr. Kocharyan, I wish you good health, prosperity and good spirits
from the bottom of my heart!Best regards, Vladimir Putin."
