Pashinyan: In the conditions of coronavirus no one can be 100% sure  that he is healthy
ArmInfo.Amid spread of coronavirus, its treatment methods are constantly changing.  The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan announced this on May 16 at a press  conference answering the question of why all citizens of the country  should wear masks in closed rooms and public places.   The prime minister noted that healthy people do not need to wear  masks. <But the question arises, who is healthy or not in a  coronavirus pandemic? Who can be100% sure that he is healthy. The 70%  of citizens, are asymptomatic carriers of the virus. It is not just  about not getting infected, most importantly - not infecting anyone.  He noted that if it were obvious who was sick and who was not, no  need to wear masks would have arisen. <We are trying to fight the  coronavirus, to make the situation manageable. Yes, this is a crisis,  and we all must behave accordingly>, the prime minister noted.  It  should be noted that from May 25, Armenia introduced a mandatory  requirement to wear masks (gauze dressings) in enclosed spaces and in  public places. To note, for violation of anti-virus rules, fines of  100,000 drams and higher are supposed to be imposed.
