Nikol Pashinyan calls on citizens to take part in a tender for the  restoration of two monuments on the Yerevan-Sevan highway
ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan recalled that the government had decided on the need to restore the sculptures adjacent to the Yerevan-Sevan highway.   Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this on his  Facebook page. The prime minister wrote that in the spring the government allocated  176 million and 76 million drams, respectively, for the restoration  of the "Road Builders" and "Ardzaganka" monuments, as well as for the  improvement of adjacent territories. In June and July, the Ministry  of Education and Science announced an open tender to select a company  to carry out the restoration work. Both tenders did not take place  due to the lack of participants. The ministry announced a new tender yesterday. "I hope this time  there will be participants and winners of this tender, and not only a  cultural issue will be resolved, but also an economic one, because  such investments also imply the creation of new jobs," Pashinyan  concluded. Note that the main part of the monument to "Road builders" at the  entrance to Charentsavan at the end of the 90s was simply dismantled  and plundered by someone, as it was made of stainless steel.
