Armenian government nominated Edgar Shatiryan for CC judge candidate
ArmInfo. The Armenian government made a decision to nominate Edgar Shatiryan for the position of a candidate for a judge of the Constitutional Court. The press service of the government reports. Edgar Shatiryan is a candidate of legal sciences, associate  professor, teacher of the Department of Constitutional Law of the  Faculty of Law of YSU. Note that last year Shatiryan was elected a member of the Corruption  Prevention Commission. However, when he was not elected head of the  commission, Shatiryan resigned. It should be reminded that earlier the government of Armenia  nominated Vahram Avetisyan, head of the department of civil law of  the Faculty of Law of YSU, for the vacant position of a judge of the  Constitutional Court, but then he refused.
